Wednesday, February 24, 2010. Before, during and After Shoots. Alright here they are my before, during and after shoots. I worked out with Whitney M. Cole for 7 weeks 3 days a week and 3 days a week on my own. I ate healthy and lived healthy. Please let me know what all of you think. Friday, August 01, 2014. Today My Weight is 316. Part of the problem is when the heat is in the triple digits, I hardly move at all. My head is pounding even now. For the better part of 3 weeks it has been over 100 degrees. I just walked out to water the garden and I about died. 7 right now at 3 PM. Saturday, February 22, 2014. A perfect Saturday for hula hooping. I should use it more often. Does that ever work? .
